Welcome to the Party of No

Over the past eighteen months, various individuals have referred to the GOP as the Party of "No," and while it was meant as a slur, some of us have grown rather fond of the term. Considering the results of some of the Democrats' programs, "no" is beginning to sound like a badge of honor to me--I'm thinking of having some t-shirts, bumper stickers and buttons printed. Let's take a brief look at the facts.


Republicans voted:

No to the stimulus
No to London-style government health care
No to having bureaucrats in D.C. perusing your medical records
No to Keynesian economics

Okay, you've got us--it's true. We are the Party of No.
