Dinner--Fresh from the Garden

There are moments that justify all the work it takes to keep a vegetable garden growing, and tonight we experienced some of those. DH surprised me by selecting a recipe tailor-made for me--Garlic Basil Shrimp!

We harvested some of our tasty Sun Gold grape tomatoes and wonderful fresh basil for this dish, and DH said that it was very simple to prepare. It was light, delicious and beautiful enough for company. Throw in a yummy Athena cantaloupe or some cucumber salad, and you'll have a summer dinner that you'll want to share with friends. Enjoy!

Sounds good. We've got basil and grape tomatoes galore. I guess I should go and get some shrimp before it's $10 a pound!
